Answer: Subhas mounted the railway overbridge. Sisir watched as he disappeared into the darkness towards the opposite platform.

(d) Why did Sisir pick Subhas up in his car a little further from Ashok’s house?

Answer: Subhas was in disguise Mohammaed Ziauddin. He left alone for Gomoh Station. To keep secrecy Sisir picked him up a little away form Ashoke’s house in his car.

Answer: Mahatma Gandhi was always honest, even as a child. One day, when he was in school, an inspector visited. The inspector gave the students some English spellings to write. Gandhi wrote one wrong. His teacher wanted him to copy from another student, but he refused. After the inspector left, the teacher scolded him for not obeying. But Gandhi said copying was dishonest, so he didn’t do it. Gandhi’s honesty stayed with him throughout his life, and he became a great leader known for his truthfulness and integrity.
